black owned, full service catering and events Management Company based in the
Gauteng Province in South Africa. The Company was founded in 2008 by Chef
Nene “Mrs Keneilwe Modisane”; we have a simple yet classy approach to
managing events. Our innovative management style makes us special and

Headed by a young, vibrant and highly experienced
professional, leading a phenomenal team of event
specialists, chefs, barmen and waiters who have over
time demonstrated great skills and competence in
delivering a top class and excellent service to our
ever growing and diverse client base
We pride ourselves in our punctuality, cleanliness,
honesty, high integrity and our readiness and ability to
be courteous towards our clients and their guests. Our
staff regularly go through a refresher training program,
where they are subjected to a rigorous training regimen
on customer care.

Sizzling offers a menu (Food and Beverages) of distinct quality, catering for
schools, corporate canteens, Unions, Government departments, Prisons,
Churches and Mines in the Gauteng Province. We cater for group sizes from 10
upwards for large scale events and functions.
We are flexible in our services and can thus cater at any venue of your choice.
The Culinary details of your occasion are as important to us as they are to you and
ensure that all details are meticulously attended to.
